Pan-semiconductor Transfer Equipment
We've been researching and developing clean transfer robots since 2013, and become the domestic enterprise that realizes the mass production application of clean transfer robots for display panels. The clean transfer robots can be applied to the core process of display panel, semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. We were invited to participate in the 2021 national 13th Five Year Plan science and technology innovation achievement exhibition as a result of the national key R&D program during the 13th Five Year Plan period.
